Our Web Design Process

To take a website from an idea to a successful website requires a step by step process for timely completion. For this reason we developed our web design process so that we can build your site as efficiently as possible.

Initial Contact.

Complete and submit the Web Design Quote Request Form.

Consultation.

We review your completed Quote Request and contact you via email to set up a time for a free phone consultation so we can better learn about your project and let you know more about the services we offer.

Bid Proposal.

We create a bid proposal and send it via email.

Work Begins.

Once the agreement is accepted and we've received your deposit we will need your site content. We then create the custom design concepts for your site.

Concepts Presentation.

You choose one of the concepts to be used for your website and give us any necessary feedback so we can build a site that will truly meet, if not exceed, your expectations.

Site Construction Begins.

Once you have signed off on the final version of the concept comp, we begin the construction of your site on our development server.

Completed Site Walk Through.

After the site has been built on the development server we will arrange a phone conference to go over the site and make any required changes or corrections.

Site Launch.

Once you have tested and approved the final site the remaining portion of the estimate is due. Once final payment is received, your site is then uploaded to your server or host.
